We at 10k club are always taking part in mad runs for fun of for Charity and below is another one of those crazy runs.
Brooks HellRunner offers trail running at its toughest and most enjoyable. 10 -12 miles of challenging off-road running… tough, twisting trails… including the famed Hills of Hell and the Bog of Doom!
The Finish will bring redemption… but only to successful HellRunners.

Quick Tips with running
Try to have your head and body weight forward this will help with momentum, keep your arms under control plus as in this photo try to run more on your toes and the front half of your foot.
Keep hydrated while running
Stretch before and after to prevent injury
Run with a smile, enjoy the air, enjoy the freedom
